Terms of Use
1. Purpose
Sets the terms of use of Mobile Effector and the rights and duties of the company and users.
2. Account
You sign in with a Google or Apple account. You can delete the account at any time from the account screen in settings.
3. Free use and Plus
Sign in to use the basic features for free. Plus unlocks all gear and features.
4. Purchase and payment
Plus is bought as an in-app purchase from the app store: choose a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a lifetime pass. The price is the amount shown by the app store. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same interval until you cancel, and you can cancel in the app store’s subscription settings. The lifetime pass is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. If a minor pays without a legal guardian’s consent, the minor or the guardian can cancel the payment.
5. Withdrawal
Plus is digital content, so once use begins with the purchase, the right of withdrawal is limited (Korean E-Commerce Act, Article 17(2)(5)).
6. Refunds
Refunds follow the refund process of the app store where you bought Plus (App Store · Google Play). Once refunded, Plus ends.
7. Changes to the service
The company may add, change or remove gear (modules), presets and features at any time. As a result, the sound or layout of presets you made may change, or some gear and features may no longer be available.
8. No sharing of Plus
Plus subscriptions and lifetime licenses are for the purchaser only. You may not lend, sell, or transfer your account or license, or share it among several people. If you do, the company may block Plus access for that account.
9. Prohibited conduct
Uploading or spreading other people's captures or presets without permission, and modifying the app to unlock locked features.
10. Limitation of liability
The company is not liable for damage to connected gear, speakers or hearing unless caused by its intent or gross negligence.
11. Changes to these terms
We will notify you in the app when these terms change.
