Privacy Policy
1. Purpose of processing
Used to manage your account, save presets, banks and settings to your account and sync them across devices, verify and restore purchases, and answer inquiries.
2. Personal data processed
We process the following for sign-in and saving to your account.
Account: account ID, email address, sign-up time, app language
Consent record: the versions of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy you agreed to and when
Purchases: purchase records
Sync: presets, banks and settings saved to your account, random device ID
Instrument audio and recordings are processed only on your device and are never sent to our servers.
3. Processing and retention period
Kept until the account is deleted. Transaction records with a legally required retention period are kept for that period.
4. Provision to third parties
The company does not provide personal information to third parties.
5. Outsourcing of processing
Sign-in authentication and storage of your account and presets are entrusted to Google LLC (Firebase). Payments are processed by each app store (Google Play · App Store). If the provider or the entrusted work changes, we will update this policy first and notify you in the app.
6. Transfer abroad
We transfer and store personal information in the United States for sign-in and syncing.

When and how: sent over an encrypted network when you sign in or sync.
Purpose and retention: used for sign-in authentication and saving and syncing your account; kept until you delete your account.
How to refuse and the effect: nothing is transferred if you do not sign in. However, this app requires sign-in, so refusing means you cannot use the app.
7. Deletion procedure and method
Data is deleted without delay once account deletion is requested. Electronic files are erased so they cannot be recovered.
8. Rights of data subjects and legal guardians
Request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing from the account screen or by contact email. For users under 14, a legal guardian makes the request.
9. Security measures
Encryption in transit, restricted access rights, and retention of access logs.
10. Automatic collection tools and how to refuse
We do not use cookies or similar automatic collection tools, and we do not automatically send usage statistics or diagnostics. Error logs stay on the device and leave it only when you share them yourself.
