Mobile Effector account deletion request
1. Request on the web (no app needed)
Send an email titled "Account deletion request" to the address below. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to the app, or write that address in the message.

2. Delete in the app
Konto · Kauf > Konto löschen — you can delete it right away from the app menu.
3. Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel the subscription first.
App Store: Öffnen Sie die Einstellungen-App, tippen Sie auf Ihren Namen > Abonnements und kündigen Sie dort.
Google Play: Tippen Sie im Play Store auf Ihr Profil > Zahlungen und Abos > Abos und kündigen Sie dort.
4. What is deleted and what is kept
We delete from our servers your sign-in identifier, email address, the purchase records linked to your account, and the presets, banks and settings saved to your account, without delay after we receive your request. Transaction records that the law requires us to keep are kept for that period and then deleted. Guitar audio and recordings are processed only on your device, so we do not hold them; presets on your device stay there until you delete the app.
